- milk - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- seasoned croutons, crushed - 2/3 c
- 1/2-inch thick pork chops - 6 item
How to make chicken fried pork chops:
Trim excess fat from chops. Mix egg and milk. Dip meat on all sides in egg and milk mixture, then in crushed croutons. Cook meat until brown on both sides. Season with salt. Add 1/4 cup water. Cover; cook in microwave on Braise for 20 minutes.This recipe can also be cooked over low heat for 45 to 60 minutes. Lift chops occasionally to prevent sticking. For crisp coating, remove cover the last 15 minutes.
