Chicken enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- Hidden Valley Ranch dressing - 1/2 pkg
- chopped cooked chicken - 3 c
- large tortilla shells - 8 item
- small jar black olives optional - 1 item
- large jar chunky salsa medium - 1 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Mix together everything but the salsa. Stuff mixture into tortilla shells evenly and wrap. Place enchiladas seam side down in baking dish (9 x 13-inch). Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes at 375°. Remove from oven and immediately pour salsa over top.
