- plus 2 Tbsp - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- diced, cooked chicken or turkey - 2 c
- sliced water chestnuts - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 item
- Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole
How to make baked chicken salad:
Mix in bowl. Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole.Topping: stuffing mix with 1/4 c. melted butter, or 1/2 c. crushed potato chips and 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Top with stuffing mix with melted butter added and bake at 350° for 30 minutes; or crushed potato chips and shredded Cheddar cheese added last 5 minutes of baking.Recipe categories: Salads, Chicken, Poultry.
