- sour cream - 6 oz
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 1 c
- frozen hash brown potatoes, partially thawed - 2 lb
How to make au gratin potatoes:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together onion, soup, sour cream, margarine, cheese, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole dish. Bake 45 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Oven.
