Sweet and sour chicken

Ingredients/Components

• envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
• jar apricot preserves - 1 oz
• bottle Russian dressing - 1 oz
• broiler chickens, cut in serving pieces and skinned - 2 item

How to make sweet and sour chicken:

Mix together Russian dressing, onion soup mix and apricot preserves. Place chicken in single layer in large shallow baking pan. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done, basting occasionally with pan drippings. Serve hot with plain rice and sweet and sour sauce.
