Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- margarine - 1/4 c
- chicken broth - 2 c
- cooked, diced chicken - 2 c
- cooked rice not minute - 1 c
How to make chicken cobbler:
Put margarine in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and set in oven at 350° until melted. Mix chicken, rice and broth; set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour this mixture into casserole.
