Easy peach cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 6 Tbsp
- sliced peaches - 1 item
- butter-flavored Crisco - 4 Tbsp
How to make easy peach cake:
Crumble and mix first 5 ingredients together like a pie crust, then add next 2 ingredients. Stir until mixed well (use a fork), dough will be sticky. Put dough in a greased 10 1/2 x 15-inch sheet pan. Place sliced peaches on top.Mix together next 3 ingredients; sprinkle over peaches. Melt margarine and drizzle over top. Bake about 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
