- stick butter - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 3/4 c
- chicken broth
- cooked deboned chicken cut into bite sized pieces - 1 c
How to make chicken cobbler:
Melt butter in a deep baking dish. Mix the flour and milk, make a thick paste. Pour into buttered baking dish. Do not stir. Combine the chicken and broth, pour into the baking dish. Do not Stir. Bake about 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Savory pies.
