Ingredients/Components

  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • ginger - 1 tsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1 item
  • garlic salt - 1 tsp
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • chicken pieces - 1 item

How to make chicken teriyaki:

Combine all but the chicken in a small pan and bring to boil. Pour over chicken pieces and marinate 2 hours or longer in refrigerator. You may grill chicken outdoors or bake in oven. Use sauce to baste. Bake at 350° for about an hour. You can also use this sauce to marinate steaks.
