Chicken teriyaki
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- ginger - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chicken pieces - 1 item
How to make chicken teriyaki:
Combine all but the chicken in a small pan and bring to boil. Pour over chicken pieces and marinate 2 hours or longer in refrigerator. You may grill chicken outdoors or bake in oven. Use sauce to baste. Bake at 350° for about an hour. You can also use this sauce to marinate steaks.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
