Ingredients/Components
- milk
- baking powder
- self-rising flour
- margarine - 3/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 oz
- chicken broth - 3 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- chopped, cooked chicken - 2 c
- can peas and carrots, drained - 1 oz
How to make chicken cobbler:
Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish in a 400° oven. Combine flour, baking powder and milk in a bowl. Mix well. Spoon evenly into margarine in dish. Do not mix. Combine chicken, soup, chicken broth, peas and carrots, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well. Spoon evenly into prepared dish. Do not stir.
