Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- oleo - 1/4 c
- chicken broth - 2 c
- rice, cooked - 1 c
- c milk - 1 item
- chicken, cooked and drained - 2 c
How to make chicken cobbler:
Mix first 3 ingredients. Set aside. Put oleo into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and set in oven at 350° until melted. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Spoon chicken mixture into center. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Savory pies.
