Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- raw rice - 2/3 c
- jar dried beef - 1 oz
- whole chicken breasts, skinned and deboned - 3 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Wrap slices of dried beef around chicken breasts. Place in a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine sour cream, soup, water and raw rice. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
