- cooking oil - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- to 6 pork chops - 4 item
How to make pork chop casserole:
Brown pork chops which have been salted and peppered to taste in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Arrange pork chops in bottom of casserole dish and add rice. Bring can of soup to a boil in 1 can of water. Pour over rice. Make sure all rice is covered.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
