Ingredients/Components
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- cans mushroom soup - 2 item
- ground venison - 1 lb
How to make venison salisbury steak:
Mix together venison, 1/2 can soup, bread crumbs, egg, onion and pepper. Shape into patties. In skillet, brown patties. Pour off fat. Stir in remaining soup and 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook over low heat until done, stirring occasionally, about 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Wild game, Deer.
