- milk - 1 item
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- venison, cut in strips
How to make venison steak:
Soak venison in milk for 30 minutes. Dip in egg and roll in cracker crumbs. Fry in skillet with more oil than usual. When brown, remove from oil and place in baking dish. Pour mushroom soup over and bake 1 hour at 300°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Wild game, Deer.
