Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- stick butter - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- Ritz crackers - 2 pkg
- chicken breasts, cooked and deboned - 8 item
- bag frozen broccoli optional - 8 oz
How to make chicken casserole:
Set oven temperature at 300°. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, broccoli and shredded Cheddar cheese. Melt butter and mix with crackers. Place chicken mixture in casserole dish and top with remaining cheese and crackers. Cooking time: 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
