Chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1 c
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 8 oz
- can sliced mushrooms - 1 1/2
- hard-cooked eggs, diced - 2 item
- diced onions - 1/4 c
- cooked, diced chicken - 3 c
- can sliced water chestnuts optional - 1 item
- can creamed mushroom soup - 1 item
- bread crumbs to cover - 1 item
- fine spaghetti, broken and uncooked - 1 c
How to make chicken casserole:
Mix broth and soup. Add spaghetti, eggs, cheese and mushrooms. Fold in chicken and broccoli. Pour into greased 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan. Top with crumbs coated with margarine. Store in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
