Sherried artichoke chicken
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
- chicken broth - 2/3 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- mushrooms, sliced - 1/4 lb
- sherry - 1/4 c
- chicken breast - 3 lb
- onions, minced - 3 Tbsp
- dried rosemary - 1/2 tsp
- can artichoke hearts - 1 oz
How to make sherried artichoke chicken:
Sprinkle chicken with seasonings and brown in 4 tablespoons butter. Arrange chicken in 2-quart casserole. Add artichokes to casserole dish. Add remaining butter, mushrooms and onions in frying pan. Saute until tender. Add remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and bake for 40 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Whole chicken, Chicken breast.
