Chicken tetrazzini

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• stick margarine - 1 item
• chopped onion - 3/4 c
• can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
• chicken broth - 1 c
• shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 2
• can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
• celery, chopped - 1 c
• to 6 pieces cooked chicken, skinned and cut in small pieces - 4 item

How to make chicken tetrazzini:

Combine chicken, soups and broth. Saute celery and onion in margarine. Spray a 10 x 14-inch casserole dish with a nonstick spray. Layer the following in the casserole dish: 1/2 chicken mixture, 1/2 celery and onion mixture and 1/2 spaghetti. Layer again; top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 10.
