Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 c
- stick butter - 3/4 item
- rice - 1 c
- Lipton onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- boneless chicken breasts 6 to 8
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Put 1 cup uncooked rice on bottom of pan and spread out. Place chicken on top of rice; add 2 cups water, then add Lipton soup mix. Do not stir. Put pats of butter on top. Cover with foil and bake at 375° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
