Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- whole chicken - 1 item
- hot pork sausage - 1/2 lb
- long grain or wild rice mix - 1 pkg
How to make chicken and wild rice casserole:
Cook chicken until tender. Remove meat from bones. Cook rice in 2 1/2 cups chicken broth. Cook sausage with chopped onions. Drain. Mix sausage and onion mixture with soups, chicken and cooked rice.
