Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- bell pepper optional - 1/2 c
- chopped celery optional - 1/2 c
- roll Ritz crackers, crumbled - 1 item
- can sugar peas - 1 oz
- cans chunky chicken mixing - 2 item
How to make hot chicken salad:
Layer 1/2 of crumbs on bottom of Pyrex dish, 9 x 9-inch. Mix ingredients. Spoon over crumbs. Add remaining crumbs on top. Dot with butter or oleo. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
