Chicken and noodle casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- salt
- sliced pitted ripe olives - 1/4 c
- cottage cheese
- grated Parmesan - 6 Tbsp
- hot pepper sauce
- horseradish - 2 Tbsp
- cut-up cooked chicken
- noodles spinach or middle sized noodles; measure after cooking - 3 c
How to make chicken and noodle casserole:
Mix everything but 2 tablespoons Parmesan in large bowl. Turn into 2 quart casserole. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Before serving, add rest of Parmesan. Place in preheated oven at 350° and bake covered for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake adRecipe categories: < 60 mins, Main dish, Casseroles.
