Ingredients/Components
- diced onion - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can milk - 1/2 item
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- Monterey Jack cheese - 8 oz
- Pillsbury crescent rolls - 1 pkg
- whole boneless chicken breasts - 2 item
How to make chicken and cheese:
Cube chicken and cook in frypan. Mix with shredded cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Put a little mixture in each roll. Roll up and cook at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes in casserole dish with milk and soup poured over top. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top, too.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
