Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- heavy cream - 1/2 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- can chicken broth - 1 oz
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- tarragon - 1/4 c
- shallots - 6 item
How to make chicken tarragon:
Cut chicken into strips. Add oil and butter in frypan with shallots, garlic, salt and pepper and tarragon. Cook until golden. Remove chicken.Add cornstarch and chicken broth to frypan. Whisk until thickens. Turn medium heat to low. Add cream. Whisk 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off. Serve over rice.
