Cheesy potatoes



Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- water - 2 c
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- potato flakes - 2 c
- dried onion flakes - 2 Tbsp
- cottage cheese - 8 oz
- sharp Cheddar, shredded - 1 c
- parsley for garnish - 1 item
How to make cheesy potatoes:
Fix potato flakes according to package directions adding onion flakes to water. Set aside to cool. Add egg, cottage cheese and grated Cheddar, mixing well. Put in well buttered casserole, top with Parmesan and garnish with chopped parsley. Bake in 350° oven 30 to 40 minutes until set and lightly browned.
