  • milk - 1/2 c
  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/4 1/2
  • grated cheese - 2 c
  • bacon bits - 1 item
  • to 8 medium potatoes - 6 item

How to make cheesy potatoes:

Boil potatoes with skins. Cool; grate. In a saucepan, heat milk, butter, salt, pepper and sour cream. Put grated potatoes in a greased dish. Pour saucepan mixture over potatoes. Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Spread cheese over top, then bacon bits.
