Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 1/2
- grated cheese - 2 c
- bacon bits - 1 item
- to 8 medium potatoes - 6 item
How to make cheesy potatoes:
Boil potatoes with skins. Cool; grate. In a saucepan, heat milk, butter, salt, pepper and sour cream. Put grated potatoes in a greased dish. Pour saucepan mixture over potatoes. Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Spread cheese over top, then bacon bits.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
