Baked potato soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 6 c
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2/3 c
- butter - 2/3 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- grated cheese
- large potatoes - 4 item
- green onions, chopped - 4 item
- slices bacon, cooked and crumbled - 12 item
How to make baked potato soup:
Wash potatoes and peel off most of peeling. Dice and cook potatoes. Set cooked potatoes aside. Combine butter, milk and flour in 5-quart pot. Stir until smooth. Cook on medium, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly. Stir in potatoes, salt, pepper, cheese, bacon and onions. Cook until cheese is melted, but do not boil.
