Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- bunches broccoli - 2 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1/4 c
- to 10 salted crackers - 8 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Boil broccoli with 1/4 cup chopped onion until tender. Drain and place in a casserole dish. Mix grated cheese and 1/4 cup onion; add soup mixed with 1/3 cup milk. Pour mixture over broccoli. Crush crackers and mix with melted margarine; sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350° until brown and bubbly, approximately 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
