Broccoli soup
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- water - 3 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- carrots - 2 item
- bell pepper - 1/4 item
- onion - 1 item
- bunch fresh broccoli - 1 item
- white potatoes - 2 item
How to make broccoli soup:
Heat water until boiling in covered pot. Cut potatoes, carrots, onion and bell pepper in bite-size pieces. Place in boiling water with salt and pepper. Cut broccoli stalks into small pieces. Cook in small amount of water for 6 minutes. Add remaining broccoli flowerets and cook another 6 minutes. Add broccoli to other pot. Add margarine.
