Ingredients/Components
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- large onion - 1 item
- small can jalapeno relish - 1 item
- Velveeta chunk cheese - 2 lb
How to make cheese dip:
Melt cheese in crock-pot on high. Cook ground beef and onion together; drain grease. Mix with melted cheese. Pour in jalapeno relish and mix well. Reduce crock-pot to low heat. If sauce seems to get too thick, add water.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Cheese.
