Hot artichoke dip
Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped - 1 oz
- garlic salt or 1 garlic clove, minced - 1 tsp
How to make hot artichoke dip:
Whisk together all ingredients and spoon into a 9-inch pie plate or 2 cup casserole. Bake 20 minutes in a 350° oven or until lightly browned. Garnish with paprika and/or parsley, if desired. Serve hot with wheat or rye crackers or Melba toast rounds.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Vegetables.
