Ingredients/Components

  • fine dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
  • shredded cheese - 1/2 c
  • melted butter or oleo - 2 Tbsp
  • cream of celery soup
  • sliced cooked carrots - 2 c

How to make carrots au gratin:

Place cooked and drained carrots in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Blend soup and cheese. Pour over carrots. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until bubbling. Makes 6 servings.
