Ingredients/Components
- butter, melted - 1 Tbsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- cornflake crumbs - 1/4 c
- sliced carrots, cooked - 3 c
How to make carrots au gratin:
Heat oven to 350°. In a medium bowl, combine carrots, soup and cheese. Pour into a casserole dish. In a small bowl, combine cornflake crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle cornflake mixture over carrots. Bake for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Low Carb.
