Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- carrots
- melted oleo - 1/2 c
How to make carrot souffle:
Cook carrots until tender. Mash and mix with butter, eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
