  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • carrots
  • melted oleo - 1/2 c

How to make carrot souffle:

Cook carrots until tender. Mash and mix with butter, eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
