Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- beaten egg - 1 item
- Bisquick - 1 c
- salad oil - 2 Tbsp
- can green chilies, drained - 1 to
- can yellow cream-style corn - 1 oz
- Monterey Jack cheese slices - 6 oz
How to make corn casserole:
Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Spread half of mix in 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish or pan. Cover with chilies and cheese slices. Pour other half of corn mixture on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
