Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • all purpose flour - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • plus 2 Tbsp - 1/2 c
  • can carrots, drained - 1 oz

How to make carrot souffle:

Using food processor, blend carrots with margarine. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, eggs and vanilla. Add carrots and mix well. Spread mixture in buttered 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350° for about 45 minutes.
