Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- all purpose flour - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- plus 2 Tbsp - 1/2 c
- can carrots, drained - 1 oz
How to make carrot souffle:
Using food processor, blend carrots with margarine. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, eggs and vanilla. Add carrots and mix well. Spread mixture in buttered 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350° for about 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
