- stick oleo - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- eggs beaten - 2 item
- cans cream-style corn - 2 item
- Minute rice uncooked - 1 c
- small bell pepper - 1 item
- small jar chipped pimento drained - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Saute chopped onion and bell pepper in stick of oleo. Mix and bake 40 minutes at about 350° and after taking out of oven, top with grated cheese.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
