  • boiling water - 2 c
  • grated carrot - 2 c
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 8 oz

How to make carrot salad:

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Chill until thick; stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into dish or lightly greased mold. Chill until firm. Recipe from Hills and Pines Garden Club, Raleigh, North Carolina.
