Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- stiffly beaten egg whites - 2 item
- bread crumbs - 3 Tbsp
- egg yolks, beaten - 2 item
- grated raw potatoes
How to make potato pancakes:
Combine and stir in mixing bowl the potatoes, bread crumbs, egg yolks and salt. Fold in egg whites. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot fat or on hot griddle. Brown and turn. Note: Put potatoes in towel and squeeze out water.Recipe categories: Pancakes and waffles, Breakfast, Side dish.
