Hash brown casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- stick oleo or butter - 1 item
- bag frozen hash browns, completely thawed - 2 lb
- chopped onion also green pepper, if desired - 1 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Saute onion in oleo. Mix all ingredients together and spoon into a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for about 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
