- large eggs - 6 item
- bread - 1 item
- mushrooms - 1 item
- ham - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 item
How to make breakfast egg casserole:
To cut fat, use skim milk, Egg Beaters and low-fat cheese.Line 9 x 13-inch pan with slices of bread. Put cubed ham and mushrooms on top. Beat eggs and milk together and pour over bread. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
