Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil
- grated carrots - 3 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- sugar or 1 c - 2 c
How to make carrot cake:
Icing:1 c. chopped pecans1 box powdered sugar8 oz. cream cheese1 stick butter1 tsp. vanilla Mix all dry ingredients together. Add oil, eggs and vanilla and blend well. Bake in three 9-inch cake pans at 350° approximately 30 minutes.Icing: Cream the cream cheese and butter. Add sugar, vanilla and pecans. Blend well. Add milk if necessary to spread.
