Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar
- soda - 3/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- Crisco - 1/2 c
- creamy peanut butter - 3/4 c
How to make peanut butter cookies:
Heat oven to 375°. Combine Crisco, peanut butter, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed of mixer until blended. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture at low speed. Mix until just blended. Drop 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 7 to 8 minutes.
