- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- oil
- grated carrots - 3 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Frosting: milk
How to make carrot cake:
Frosting: milk1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1/2 c. butter1 c. chopped pecans1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix all dry ingredients. Add oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.Frosting: Mix cream cheese and butter. Add sugar, vanilla and pecans. Mix well. Add milk if needed to spread.
