salt - 1/4 tsp
flour
soda - 3/4 tsp
baking powder - 1/2 tsp
egg - 1 item
peanut butter - 1/2 c
soft shortening - 1/4 c
sugar and 1/2 c - 1/2 c

How to make honey peanut butter cookies:

Mix first 4 ingredients together thoroughly. Sift together and stir in flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Chill dough. Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls. Place 3 inches apart on lightly greased cookie tin. Flatten with fork dipped in flour; crisscross. Bake until set but not hard at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen 2 1/2-inch cookies.
