- stick margarine - 1/2 item

- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- shredded carrots - 3 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Add eggs, one at a time, and beat
How to make carrot cake:
Beat oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat. Mix together dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to oil and sugar mixture, blending well. Fold in carrots and nuts. Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan in 325° oven for 40 to 50 minutes.Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese1/2 stick margarine1 box powdered sugar2 tsp. vanilla Beat cream cheese and margarine.
