Cabbage casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- ground beef
- cans tomato sauce - 2 item
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
- small head cabbage, shredded - 1 item
How to make cabbage casserole:
Cook rice until tender, lightly brown meat, onions, garlic salt and peppers. Mix with rice and 1 can tomato sauce. Line a greased casserole with about half of the cabbage. Spread meat mixture over this and cover with remaining cabbage. Pour remaining can of tomato sauce over top.Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until cabbage is done.
