- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chicken broth
- soft bread crumbs - 2 c
- parsley, chopped - 2 tsp
- cooked chicken, diced - 2 c
- eggs, beaten may substitute Egg Beaters - 2 item
How to make scalloped chicken:
Place a layer of bread crumbs in a greased casserole. Add a layer of chicken, parsley and seasonings. Alternate layers, ending with bread crumbs on top. Beat eggs; add milk and broth. Pour over mixture and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Turkey.
