Ingredients/Components

  • medium cabbage - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • tbsp salad oil - 1 item
  • small/medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • tsp salt - 1/2 item
  • tsp pepper - 1/8 item
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • can water - 1 item
  • small can tomato sauce - 1 item
  • tbsp raw rice - 3 item

How to make cabbage casserole:

Cook ground beef, salad oil, onion, salt and pepper until brown and crumbly. Add tomato soup, water, tomato sauce and raw rice and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Pour over chopped cabbage in a 2 qt dish. Cover and bake at 325° for 1-1/2 hours.
